Mesilla Valley Maze is the perfect place to host

your next birthday party or company picnic!

Group transactions are handled at Window #4 only.

 

Group event reservations are available on weekends during regular business hours. Groups must arrive by 11:00am and be paid for via one transaction.

Your group reservation includes a reserved picnic area for the day at no additional charge. 

 

For events with 20+ guest fill out the form below. 


20 people or more: $16 per adult; $14 per child
40 people or more: $15 per adult; $12 per child

*No refunds will be issued

Group Reservation

Terms & Conditions:
1.     Payment for the group will need to be made in a single transaction (you can do this in advance by phone if necessary). Wristbands will be given to the event organizer upon payment and will be responsible for handing out to their group members.

2.     To receive the group discount, the minimum of 20 people must be met. If you have less than the required number of individuals show, normal admission prices will apply. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for unused wristbands. Please note that wristbands are only valid for the day of your event. 

3.     In case of circumstances that cause the Mesilla Valley Maze to close before 1pm, a full refund will be given. 

4.     We will reserve a picnic area for groups of 20 or more. You must arrive at 11am; your area will only be held till 11:30am. You have use of the area for the entire day and there is no additional charge for this reserved picnic tent. 

5.     This agreement must be received and acknowledged by the Mesilla Valley Maze at least 7 days in advance of the event. Until you have received an email confirmation, your reservation is not guaranteed.
