Photo Contest Submission

For Photographers Under 18 Years

For entries by photographers under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete this section and agree to the rules of the contest in the section below.

Rules & Terms

• Due to the high volume of submissions, we can only accept 5 entries per person.
• Please submit each photo separately with name and address included.
• Photographers must be at least 18 years of age.
• All submissions must be photographs taken at the Mesilla Valley Maze during the current season.
• Entrant must own all rights to the submission(s) and have the right to grant Mesilla Valley Maze the use of the submission(s) including the permission of the parent or legal guardian of any child(ren) under 18 years of age depicted in the submission(s).
• Submissions must be suitable for a family audience and contain only content that, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Mesilla Valley Maze, is suitable for a general audience.
• Receipt of submissions will not be acknowledged nor will submissions be returned.
• All entries must be recieved by November 19, 2019.
• No purchase necessary to win.
• Entrants agree that the Mesilla Valley Maze and Lyles Family Farms have the non-exclusive right to use, without further compensation, their photographs for promotion, publication and other purposes.
• By submitting photos to this contest, photographers are automatically regarded as having consented to the rules of this contest.
• Winners will be announced on December 1st on the Mesilla Valley Facebook page.
• All winners will be notified by mail.
• All prizes will be awarded. Winners will receive prize money, a family pass to the Maze, and an award certificate. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
• Winning entries will be displayed at Mesilla Valley Maze and online at the Mesilla Valley Maze website.
